Eligibility for Returns

Conditions for returns are limited to:

  • The delivered item is damaged and did not arrive in good condition.
  • What was ordered has not been received. Instead, you have received completely unrelated items.
  • All return requests need to be made within three days of receiving an item. Requests on or after this date will be deemed invalid.

Just email us at [email protected] with the order information and clear photos of the issue to begin the return process. The instructions for sending the item back will be obtained from the selling platform after the return request review is done and the request is approved. The item must be unused and in its original packaging.

Refund Process

Refunds are performed only via bank transfers. To get a refund, customers have to submit their bank account details. In the case of a refund, once the returned product is received and checked, the amount will be issued within seven working days. No cash refunds or alternative payment methods are available.

Used, altered, or damaged items.
