Purchases and Payments

All purchases on our site are paid for in cash upon delivery of the product. We currently do not accept any other means of payment. A confirmation will be sent with details of the customer's purchase once the order is complete.

Order Processing and Delivery

Order will be processed once confirmation of the order has taken place and will be dispatched within the specified period. Delivery addresses must be given correctly to avoid delays. Tuispo is not liable for any issues arising from incorrect shipping information.

Returns and Refunds

Returns will only be accepted in the following scenarios:

• It was received in a damaged condition during delivery.
• What was delivered is an item different from what was ordered.

Returns can only be initiated within 48 hours of the customer receiving the item and must send photographic proof of the damage to [email protected] . The return process depends on the approval. Since refunds are only given through bank transfer, you must provide your bank account details for the process to go smoothly. Refunds will not be issued in cash.

Personal Information

Tuispo complies with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (PDPO) of Hong Kong. Any personal information that you provide to us when you purchase is used solely for the purpose of processing and delivering your order. We do not sell your information to third parties.

Customers are required to use the website in a responsible manner. Access to the platform will be restricted if anyone attempts any abuse, manipulation, or exploitation of it for undesirable purposes.
